PS granted. You have huge pectoral muscles, but it's due to a new disease that funnels all nutrients and muscle building stuff into your chest. Your arms and legs are so scrawny that you can barely lift 5 pounds, let alone your massive body. You are basically paralyzed from the neck down and have to live out your life at the mercy of others (who don't like helping you out anyway)
