I enjoyed it.
Some things: The loud sound was only noticeable to me at the beginning before the game actually started.
I don't mind the pausing at the text.

So yeah, I'll be watching. Maybe not posting many talkhaus comments, but I'll be watching.

I actually had posted this video up before, but the game volume after the exposition drowned me out I had to go back and turn down the volume. And it's nice that you don't mind pausing at text, because that's basically what the next episode is, unfortunately. It'll pick up speed after I get into the first real level

You have motivated me to buy this game. I would consider that a successful LP.

You did sound a tad stiff at the beginning but seem to have loosened up as the videos progress. The only annoyance so far is the audio issue, but that should be easy enough to resolve.

Anyway, it looks like a really cute and fun game. Definitely keeping an eye on this thread.

The game isn't terribly long. It's not like there's two dungeons, but it's not Final Fantasy or anything like that.

Sometimes the audio is louder than me, sometimes it isn't, partially because the game audio for this section is either piercing or quiet due to that flute and probably more likely because I'm not speaking at a consistent volume

Can someone give me some advice on speeding up a section? When I try, only the video and my voice get sped up, but the game audio doesn't. Do I have to record the game audio on the same track as my voice or is there some way to get it all sped up?

Yeah. Recettear was made after Chantelise, however, it was translated before, which causes some confusion. Thanks for watching!

I've only watched the first episode, but all the sprites in this game are 2D, like in Mario Kart 64, yes? They look pretty good. Any 3D sprite models?

It looks like the characters and minor enemies are 2D that have 4 different views, two from the front and two from behind. It seems as though the more complex enemies like bosses and the enemies in the extra level from the Terran Ruins are 3D models. It's strange, I never considered that before :o
