I know, I've got a ton of videos set to private suddenly, for some reason.
Some people it's something that happened to me as a partner - I've contacted the guy that contacted me for machinima to see if anything is up there.
Also, youtube got that funky red banner going on, so maybe it's a youtube thing - if that's the case we can't do anything but wait.
Whatever it is, none of the videos have been deleated, they're just set to private - I can't wait to see this sorted out myself :/

I must say I'm looking forward to this being sorted out, and I hope you don't end up having to fix them all manually.
