NOTE: Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this.
I was setting up my PS3 controllers so that I could play ASMT on two player with separate controllers, but as I was testing, I found an odd glitch.
For some reason, when playing as Iris, you cannot spin jump using controller port 2. Instead, you must do it with controller port 1.
However, even when using port 1, your spin jump can't be "held down". It's treated as if you merely tapped the spin jump button, no matter how long you hold it.
I tested the same thing with super kaizo world 2 to see if it was just some glitch caused by my controllers, however, strangely enough, it worked perfectly fine. It works for every game EXCEPT ASMT, which is why I'm here now.
This only occurs when using 2 separate controllers. If you only use one controller for two player, iris's spin jump works just fine.
I hope this proves to be of some use. I intend to LP the game with my older brother, but this sort of got in the way...
Thanks,

I did that, but then he told me not to contact him on issues like these via e-mail.
I think he may have mistaken the glitch for being A2MT related, but since he's an admin, I really didn't feel inclined to correct or argue with him.
P.S. It wasn't the PS3 controller that was the problem. I tried using keyboard controls too. The problem persisted.

No he isn't a main A2MT guy, like it says in his sig. Also, he's not an admin.

Oh... Well either way, I know he was in charge of the original ASMT, and he DID say that people should report bugs to him via PM. It's just... when I tried that, he told me not to send him PMs on bugs, so I got all confused.
My best assumption is that he thought it was an A2MT related bug or something.

Re: 2 Player Bug with ASMT
All I know is that this game isn't optimised for 2 players. Things would just become to complicated.

I sent you a reply last week, linking you to a thread that had the solution:
