Yes, exactly. Though I didn't mention it because the subforum thing is a presumed aspect of running the mosts. (at least, in my eyes) I don't know how big this year's mosts will be, but I'm anticipating both extremes.

I'll make as many mosts as there are which will qualify. If it's 30 or 300, it doesn't matter to me. Like 2013 and before, I want the creation of mosts to be open, with people being able to make as many mosts as they want to. I may put some reasonable restrictions on what people can make, though, because that was a problem in years past.

yeah they are all gone now. Probably won't stop some people from doing it, but the worst offenders aren't here anymore.
