8th - 8flight - Stuff in the Sky - 27.5 (23/32)

Comments: Wow, for being a first level, it taught me something new! There probably was a level with a concept like this in ASMBXT, but, I'm not sure. Only problem was the bullet bill section, as sometimes, a bullet pops a bubble, and then you can't jump on it, and you die :I

Comments: Wow, what a spicy meatball! I had a lot of fun with this - minus the spiny jumping, but that's a personal problem of mine. Everything else was neat in that it took "sky level" very literally, having enemies and platforms floating in bubbles all over! It could definitely use more polish, but the concept was thorough, and overall very good work for a first level. The choice of Luigi was also nice- some of those air-goomba jumps were quite tricky.

Comments: I'm breaking Demo's promise to never speak of this again to say that it was certainly an experience! While rather brief, the section had a fair amount of things to get around. The Chamber of Enemy Spam was easy to avoid if you stayed to the right of the screen, thankfully. I did appreciate that lovingly rendered raocow drawing.
6th - FusionWarrior - Lotus Heaven - 36 (39/33)

Comments: Aww, why did it have to end!? Finally, I found a level that makes Lava Lotus' fun! Sucks that life happened, sorry bud :( In all seriousness, this level was great! Fun mechanics, and it's fun to murder everything at the end with your skull boat :3

Comments: Man, for the first entry, what an awesome stage! I find it kinda funny how the blue boss goopa's, when you hit them, how they turn into a shell (or penguin head depending on what your playing). The ending was forced and final though, but after that, the comments are really funny :3

Comments: Nice looking and playing! I enjoyed the resprites of certain enemies and well-used LUA modifications. Although the boss at the end was a bit shoehorned in, you changed up the standard Ludwig fight slightly.

Comments: This level had a LOT to explore! I never made it to the fancy, sixteen-sided skysland legit, but I did sneak a peek at the nice minimap you made for it a few times. I enjoyed the secret house that you could glitch to, as well as all the other little Minishes and moles scattered about! I got a real nice world-building vibe from this.
2nd - Pyro - Soaring Night Factory - 41 (42/40)

Comments: WOW! This level lags my computer! But what a good level it is! The only problem for me, is finding the secret exit, but once you do find it, you feel accomplished... kinda :3 A fun, solid level!

Comments: A nice, romhacky sort of level. The shortcut was quite clever to find! The secret star was out of the way, but hinted enough at with the coin bridge. I found the P switch by complete accident, which was a nice surprise! Cool "Mission: Proud Sky" ending for the normal star, haha!
2nd - Kapus - Windy World - 41 (48/34)

Comments: WOW! This is a level where I feel you should play as Demo more than Mario, as the level is more fantasy than... Mario... but anyways, the rainbows that take you places, I found really funny. This was a really amazing level, and I loved it.

Comments: This level is certainly expansive, almost too much so! The plot was nice, and the secret checkpoints were a very welcome addition. The boss fight was fun, but could be made notably easier by sniping the lakitu out of the air to remove the spike top threat. (Interestingly, the spike tops from lakitu seemed to enjoy glitching into blocks and the boss, dancing around indefinitely in the same spot.) One unfortunate incident was that I got sniped by a spiny after defeating the fairy--making the rinkas, lakitu etc. on a separate layer that gets destroyed upon defeat would remove that problem!
1st - Skully - Sky Temple - 45.5 (47/44)

Comments: Wow, wow, WOW! I loved this level on my playthroughs, and it was one of the levels I played where I actually went for all the dragon coins! I love this level, BUT I did have a few problems on my first few playthroughs.

Comments: Wow! Great first impression with that nice tileset. The level itself stood up to the neat graphics and presented a nice world for you to explore (along with the Snifit archaeologists). Sliding down a moving layer in a looping level is not something you get to experience every day. Nice job!

Interesting usage of bubbles on 8flight's part.

Shame that the switch block part at the end was poorly thought out.

A quick note: I somehow got a really old version of the hub! After some absurd and confusing troubles, I have the correct version. The newest version lacks all the weirdness with walls and it looks quite a bit better.

Too bad I already have all the way through 2nd recorded. OOPS.

huh, this contest seemed neat! the hub is very interesting too, its a cool little area!

i think that 8flights level could have been improved by having a second midpoint after the scene transition and with some little touches here and there (and aesthetically) because the idea of bubble jumping was really cool if a bit broken...

I'm severely baffled as to why you didn't just kill lakitu first during the boss fight (as well as a few other points in the level, that's why there's so many star blocks/ice flowers).
