The stars on that flag should be red; otherwise it looks way too much like the Australian flag

There was no New Zealand flag on the chart I had so I took the Australian flag and removed the star under the Union Jack. I'll fix it in the new version.

I'd say when at least 4-5 members are participating and in a call. Or it could be whenever and people just need to send me the results should I happen to not be there.
