Metacritic user reviews are even more crap than actual game reviews when it comes to really high rated games. They're all invariably "perfect game! 10/10!" or "this game doesn't deserve such a high score so I'll give it a low rating".

Well, I don't know anything about skating, but I do know about Spyro 3 skating, and I know that if you fuck up in that your face gets planted. So maybe once you get the sweet moves and do the phat tricks then it's more fun. It's a learning curve that you can grind on. I'm not sure if that's even a joke.

Trying to show me up, eh? I'll admit I hadn't played an previous skateboarding games, so I probably was a little too harsh on the game. You actually were pretty good at the game, but without the music the game does seem a lot less exciting. Actually if anyone thinks I did poorly at a game by all means I'd love to see your attempts :3
