I'm confused, because they're both in the same situation. Drew and Wayne have two back-to-back gameshows on CBS.

I wasn't crazy about him. I can't help it if he was the only black person to ever appear on the show aside from whoopi golberg. Though in all honesty he's miles better than Kathy Greenwood. Hell, I'd rather see Ashanmaril on whose line than Kathy Greenwood

Also, yeah. Kathy was pretty bad, but I still think Mimi was the worst of anyone ever on that show.

Really looking forward to this~ I wonder how much it's going to differ from the original run? Obviously Aisha's hosting style is probably going to be much different from Drew's style. It's also going to be interesting to see how the guys handle their tasks, it's apparently been 6 years since the show ended its run. Not too big of a time frame, but mentally these guys are different from when they originally performed.

I never heard of this Aisha girl. But it turned out she played Charlie in Friends. Because of that I give her the benefit of the doubt, but the few clips I checked out of her stand up was pretty bad. But maybe she won't join in any games and just stays behind the desk. In that case I don't mind who hosts, because honestly Drew was just as cringe worthy at times.

Drew Carey was really bad at hosting the show from the start. It's even acknowledged in a few episodes. It's almost like he didn't have any personality and was only there so the show could move on. Just watch the Price is Right and you'll see what I mean.

He did get better, though

I doubt it was intended to be an antijoke.
I think it's more lack of skill/funniness.

I wouldn't be to worried about the long break between the shows. Colin Mochrie still does a lot of improv. In fact, he and Brad Sherwood did a show where the help an old friend of mine propose to his girlfriend.
It was really sweet.

Ahhh, I'm so pumped! But why is Aisha Tyler hosing? Unless they purposefully put in someone who would sit there and laugh while being unfunny a la Drew Carey.

Also, hearing Wayne Brady give a piece sign and yell out "kawaii" in a Japanese accent was the weirdest thing.
