Not so much advertising as showing people my very FIRST SMW level! This way you can gauge how much I've improved over the last couple years! I still like this level for some reason. The X blocks are insta kill. (Used the World of pain IPS)

My first hack was shit.

It was everything you shouldn't do in a hack in every level in the game rolled up in one little package that had my younger self's ego smeared all over it. I have no idea where it is now, nor do I care where it is. Someone LP'd it once, but either he took the videos down or YouTube did.

I like how in my description of the hack I clarified that there is "No swears or crude language or nudity," because as we all know, nudity is a huge issue in the world of romhacking.

I'm actually surprised how lenient the guy was with his criticism. There's like, a million things wrong with it, yet he kinda just mentioned a few things. Maybe there was just too much to point out.

I stuck around with my first level for a long time. It eventually became a submission for A2MT. I just kept adding and tinkering with it. I might have some of my purer originals one an old laptop that I forget were it was.

I'm also fond of improving older work. There's nothing wrong with that and chances are there will be people who've not seen the original yet. :D

I've not really done that in rom hacking because I'm still inexperienced but I've done it in Zelda Classic many times.
