also next video im predicting him being at one area for awhile.
Which one? I remember there being a lot of hellish rooms in IceCastle.
the one where you need to go slowly around the room to get through. go too slow = death, go too fast = death. thats as vague as i can put it without spoiling. the other rooms didnt have that much of a 'shock' factor in them.

That one, really? Of all the horrible, horrible rooms in that place? I didn't find that one hard at all. :/

its not hard, i can agree that. its just the first reaction thing, lol. thats why i didnt say the room was 'hellish', i said 'shock' factor.
i mean honestly, hellish is blackcastle, not ice.

well, we will see his reaction in the video after tomorrow's probably (Monday's video)

IceCastle is only difficult if you're going for 100% completion.
Might as well be called HeartBarrierCastle.

There is one in particular that took me around 30 tries to do, and another that took me a dozen or so. Not THAT horrible, but still annoying. Sounds like raocow had some difficulties though.

Hell yes that game was awesome. Also the original Rayman, and Rayman 3. Ubisoft needs to get off their lazy asses and make a Rayman 4; not that "raving rabbits" garbage, but an actual adventure platformer sequel like the good old days.[/nerdrage]

lol, I just found out that you don't need to beat the boss in the sky. You know, that shoots with rockets. You can use the rockets he shoots as stairs to get to the upper right platform and then collect your orb!

Same here. I crouched in time with the "DAH DAH DAH" nearly everytime, even when I wasn't aware that I was doing so.

Has there ever been a time where ice & castle have ever been together in a way that was not annoying or difficult.

Or just ice in general, really.

MR.X wrote:3K, GauRocks? Are you serious? If he wants to 100% this, all he still needs is like 700 crystals, not 3000!
I'm assuming that he's going to want to get the three skins which adds 1700 to the total, and I figured the other 1300 would be about right to buy every piece of furniture except the giant gold statue, with a bit left over to play with the crystal ball once or twice.

Man, that was spoilerific.

Speaking of spoilerific, I'm not quite sure how I want to add the flowers to the list yet, so that may be a while. In the meantime, I guess I'll just point out that raocow can get 19/20 right now, and I'll list the three that he already got.

1. Second Dark Grotto save point
2. LongBeach save point
3. First IceCastle save point

raocow, if you haven't figured it out yet already, the ice physics in IceCastle affect you not only on the ground, but while you're in the air as well. Recognizing this will help you traverse the area a lot better. It's still quite a hard area, but every bit helps.

Okay, flowers. Um. Yeah. My vague hints are... pretty weird. But to be any vaguer, I'd pretty much have to say "go explore the entire game and you'll find them". So I went in a diferent direction. And rather than remove the hints when raocow gets them, I'm going to take the number off and leave it there to preserve the flow. What flow? Well, you'll see if you take a peek down there. I had more fun writing it than I should have.

Interesting note on flowers - they don't add to your percentage at all. You have to actually claim your rewards to get any credit at all.

Counter:
Hearts: 15
Flowers: 16

Vague hints:
Hearts:
[5]Ducking has one more use
[5]Capitalism gets you three hearts
[6]You almost found this just by playing around
[10]Cannons don't like the cold
[16]It's fun to walk on the ceiling in the dark!
[16]Hmm, I could see more if it weren't so dark in here.
[17]Remember the heart at the start of episode 16? There are three more!
[18]You were standing on something that wasn't quite solid
[22]Aw, you know where this one is
[22]Everyone loves wall-hugging!
[24]You should definitely take candy from strange-looking old men

Flowers:
1. I'm a young bird, off on my adventure
2. All I can really do is go up here and find a way to pray
3. Then these jerks will talk to me!
4. Hey, there's a castle down here
5. And below that, some crazy spike pit. Forget this!
6. Hmm, I could go down that hole there, but let's go a bit higher up first
7. Oh no, this mountain's scary. But hey, what doesn't kill you makes you tougher!
8. I wonder how long I can hold my breath?
9. Forget that water place, let's freeze some flame jets and find some treasure!
X. I fell into a very dark hole. I wonder what's down here.
X. Oh hey, a beach. And a girl who's very lonely. But I should go diving again before our boat trip.
10. Oh hey, this place is very... white. And woah, I'm dizzy. I held my breath too long.
11. AAAH! Fluffy and pink clouds! Run away!
12. Oh man, I fell off that pink place. Oh well.
13. Hmm, I have nowhere left to go but up. I hope there's no ninja ambush up there.
14. Oh man, I beat that ninja, now for some star catching to help me relax.
15. Oh my god, this place is a nightmare. And is that a treehouse I see up there?
X. This castle over here is freezing! I can barely even walk in here. brrrrrrrr....
16. After all that travel, I'm homesick.

Rooms:
Hearts:
[5]The room where you got the power to duck
[5]In your house
[6]The room with the five balloons in FarFall
[10]Two screens down from the NightClimb save point
[16]The campsite in Dark Grotto
[16]The boss room in Dark Grotto
[17]Three screens right of the LongBeach save point
[18]Two screens above the DeepDive save point
[22]RainbowDive reward
[22]The place with the RainbowDive switch
[24]The treehouse in Staircase

Flowers:
1. Lower NightWalk save point
2. Second NightClimb save point
3. Sky Town save point
4. First StoneCastle save point
5. First FarFall save point
6. Grotto save point
7. MountSide save point
8. DeepDive save point
9. First SkySand save point
10. First BlancLand save point
11. First CloudRun save point
12. The Bottom save point
13. First Curtain save point
14. SPOILER save point (see heart #2 from episode 22)
15. Upper NightWalk save point
16. The nest. Yeah, it's not a save point, I know, it's amazing.

I think that the wings are a little small but it's hard to do a plushie of this because there is not many angles in the game.

That's so vague that you shouldn't need to spoiler it.
