this is the place where lps are being talked about. it's important to talk about games being played on the internet.

Hey there, hope you don't mind if I re-post a part of something here that I already posted somewhere else on this forum:
What if someone makes a song only by using raocows soundtest singings? I think that would be awesome!!! :D :D :D
Maybe that would be an interesting idea for any music-program-using raocow-fan that wants to do something that hasn't been done yet :)

YAY!!!
Cool that you are working on it - then it will become cool, I love your other raocow tracks. Especially the lakitu-song and the one thats just titled "raocow" (you know, the techno-thing with "oh freakin' shut up!").
Looking forward to it. Please don't forget to post it here once you have something to show ;)

Thanks too m00npirate for the soundboard, as I used many of the bytes from there. :D
Working on a couple of others as well.
Great song :D
What kind of program did you use when you made the songs?

I use FL Studio to make the music itself and Audacity to record the soundbytes.

Aposke wrote: yoshicookiezeus wrote: The "raocow 2" song gave me an idea... What if you took some of raocow's catchphrases, somehow converted them into .wav files (perhaps after dividing them into syllables, depending on file size), used Sample Tool to insert them into SMW, and created a piece of custom music combining them to some kind of song? I am not too sure what you could actually use the result for, but it would be kind of awesome nonetheless...
Actually, the SMW sound engine can't output human voices.
But... Didn't someone (I can't remember his name right now, Smallhacker maybe?) on SMW-Central rewrite the SMW sound engine for his "rick roll"-hack so that "Never gonna give you up" was played?
You could ask him (or someone else who is a talented ASM-Hacker) to attempt to insert these?
You obviously don't know what sample tool is :p and the thing smalls made was a homebrew ROM.

Very catchy!
Oh, I have a slight problem downloading the last song, "Stupid Horse." It keeps wanting to save it as a ".stupid horse" file...Seriously
Edit: I'm having the same problem with this song too...

Oh, you weren't familiar with the new file type?
try putting .mp3 at the end of the file name when you save.

I'm not the (biggest) fan of raocow ever, but the song "Where's Lakitu"...
It's genius. I love it. I would listen to that on my ipod, my 360 while playing games... Jesus christ, I love it <3
Om Nom Nom.

All I remember is that it's from Kamek's Revenge early on. Perhaps someone can track it down from there.

Lol I was going to try to make a Rickroll with his voice, sort of like the Barrackroll if you've seen that.
