you say this as if vic mignogna wasn't just dropped by funimation and other studios only a few months ago when people have been making warning posts/tweets about his presence at conventions for a few years, now. they only made a move once people became more vocal about vic and had their word spread farther

businesses do not care until enough people make enough of a stink that it affects the businesses' reputations just for ignoring it.

i'm wary of posting this reply after bean said to keep discussion on the game, but i was already typing it before his post came up, and i still feel this is an important note. we should not treat corporations and business fronts as though they're people who can make emotional decisions for the sake of their consumer base, because inherent to their structure is focusing on what will satiate people while not stifling profits. if they don't yet have to sever ties with someone to appease consumers, they won't.

tundra man is not next but he's almost next and i like tundra man the most and am most excited for his stage and boss fight; i find him incredibly satisfying to fight, because

of course the fight with the ice skater feels like an elaborate dance

and i think that's just neat. also his design is super aesthetically appealing. i would kiss him, probably

I like to imagine that those wall cannons were not put in by Wily, but were actually part of the rock climbing programs Boing Boing Park offers.

ROBOT MASTER FACTS! ELASTIC FITNESS INSTRUCTOR BOUNCE MAN

"I bet you can't bounce like this!"

Bounce Man, known as Rubber Man (ラバーマン Rabāman) in Japan, is a Robot Master originally developed by Joint R&D (Rebound Rubber & Momo's Robot Farm) as a crash test robot, but his stretching and bouncing abilities led him to become a fitness instructor at an indoor athletic center/amusement park called Boing-Boing Park. Once there, his colorful body and friendly appearance made him a big hit with kids and adults alike. His fitness lessons at Boing-Boing Park are a new style of exercise that he calls "Hopxercise" - it's like boxing, but on trampolines, and surprisingly popular with middle-aged women. However, it has also lead to a few complaints, as his incrdible bounciness has lead him to accidentally crash into people.

Despite being repurposed for combat by Dr. Wily and equipped with a Speed Gear, after which he took over Boing-Boing Park, Bounce Man is still the same large, cheerful, childlike robot he always was, still viewing everything as one big game.

On Superhero difficulty, Bounce Man is faster by default, and his punches are faster as well.

Pre-Battle Taunts:
"Oh boy, a new playmate!"
"Wanna bounce with me?"
"Bo-Bo-Bounce Man!"
"Bounce time!"
"I bet you can't bounce like this!"
"Let's get hopping!"

Attack Shouts:
"Punch!"
"Hyuh!"
"Hyah!"
"Wahoo!"
"Ba-boing!"
"Splat!"
"Jump!"
"Too slow!"
"Wee!"

Cries:
"Wh-wh-whaa?"
"Aah!"
"Ouchies!"

Taunts (When He Reassembles Himself):
"Shoop!"
"Bounce Man's back!"

Taunts (When a Hit Makes Him Bounce Faster):
"Wahaha!"
"Again, AGAIN!"
"WAHOOOO!"
"Boing!"

Activating Speed Gear:
"Woo! Speed Gear!"
"Super bounce!"
"See you in the spring!"

Death Cries:
"Aww...playtime's over!"
"Catch you on the rebound!"
"Ooooh!"

Trivia
Bounce Man is the second Robot Master to be designed after a ball, the first being Strike Man. Coincidentally, both robots have a weapon involving balls bouncing off of walls that works super effectively against the electricity-themed robot master of their respective games.
Bounce Man is the second Robot Master in Mega Man 11 with a different name in the Japanese and English versions, the first being Impact Man.
Bounce Man's weakness to Pile Driver is a reference to rubber balls and the ease with which they can be popped by sharp objects.
Due to his breaking apart when hit with his weakness, Bounce Man is one of very few Mega Man bosses whose battle actually becomes harder when hit with their weakness.

The second frog balloon miniboss's swing can be avoided by bouncing over it.

This level pissed me off from beginning to end due to a combination of the lagging controls and the larger-than-you-expect hitboxes on the bouncy balls. It's not a danger a lot of the time, but it *is* a massive time waster, which almost felt worse.

For the things this level does wrong (the room with the e-tank and the low bouncy wall to the end ladder, the second hand slapping you into the pit in the checkpoint room), it's still probably my favorite level in the classic series.

It has very light and happy music that sounds like it came out of the glory days of Ragnarok Online, and it goes out of its way to subvert some of the instant death tropes the series has built up.

There isn't a single instant death spike in the level, and the guys that jump out of the pits have an extremely high chance to push Megaman back onto safe ground, resulting in some damage taken, but not instant death. You can also bounce your way out of some of the pits by just does some fancy footwork on the bouncy walls.

You can read the enemy entries somewhere in the side menus! I would love to see this done at the end of every episode like with the Secret Disks in MMZ/ZX/ZXA.

At first I thought buying lives in the shop was a big waste of money, but the sheer length of the levels makes it seem like a surprisingly good investment to avoid having to redo everything. E-tanks too. I like how things seem to be balanced around stuff like this, encouraging you to use the resources that you have on hand.

Which, conversely, means that the first level you tackle is probably hell-y.

What's the recommended first level?

You've brought this up like 4 times now and you're still the only one who has this issue. I even looked it up and found a video that tested it and found most versions are around 60-70ms of input delay and the only version with a higher delay is the PS4 Pro version at 90ms because of post-processing effects. Which is all pretty typical for modern console games.

The only issue with the controls I have is that there's a small window after turning around on the ground where you can't jump

Pretty depressing to learn that the issue is apparently unique to me.

It's likely just an issue with your TV or monitor. A lot of TVs do a stupid amount of processing on the image which adds an ungodly amount of latency, and you notice it in games that need quick reaction times like a platformer. Some TVs/monitors have a "game mode" that reduces the image processing for less latency, which might be something to look for. But I'm not sure why you'd only notice it on Mega Man 11 in particular, unless you haven't played any other games on that screen that you're familiar enough with to notice it.

I think there are two that work. Tundra and Block Man

.

For the ones done so far, I'd say Bounce is the easiest stage, then Blast, and finally Acid since there are those spike jumps.
