Ah, you might be right actually. I vaguely recall that now that you mention it. He did definitely make it through most of it at least without savestates though.

I did consider that but actually I did want people to be able to tell what number the video is
I'm too old to do irritating things like I used to :(

Secrets hidden in unmarked holes in the same hack that is explicitly explaining that you can spinjump on Torpedo Teds? Who is the target audience of this?

Believe it or not, but the Aerial Palace secret exit is the only unmarked secret exit in the game. All the others are red level dots. What bizarro world do we live in where not a single ghost house has a secret exit, huh!? Well, this one, apparently.

The vines are hard to grab because they are grilles (which should be obvious as they have koopas climbing over them).
I appreciate that you can't safely 'step' on the red beezo but you can on the yellow. In official Mario games, a different colour means a different behaviour. Far too many hackers change the sprite colours gratuitously, thereby undermining the propagation of Shigeru Miyamoto's appalling racialist theories.

Can you even punch when on a normal vine? It's not something I can recall purposefully trying but I get the feeling you actually can't.morsel/morceau wrote: ↑6 years agoThe vines are hard to grab because they are grilles (which should be obvious as they have koopas climbing over them).

Re: Lᴜɪɢɪ's Aᴅᴠᴇɴᴛᴜʀᴇ
These behavior changes are typically movement based, however, not interaction based. Shigeru Miyamoto, flawed as his views are, would be disgusted at the sight of an enemy where it is not immediately discernable what the outcome of a simple hop atop said enemy's head would be, especially if the true result betrays what the design would lead you to believe, as is the case with the Red Beezo.morsel/morceau wrote: ↑6 years ago I appreciate that you can't safely 'step' on the red beezo but you can on the yellow. Just to provide an example, in Super Mario Bros., Goombas have different colors.morsel/morceau wrote: ↑6 years ago In official Mario games, a different colour means a different behaviour. I never figured out how they are different, but I suppose either the code that was responsible for a difference was deleted, or I just missed it.
