Re: ?
Does anyone know of some good shoulder warm-up exercises? I've tweaked my one up a bit because I don't think I'm doing enough pre-workout to get it feeling good. I figure while I rest it up the next few days at the very least, I can find some decent ideas. If not here, I'll just look it up elsewhere. Goodness knows it's no fun having to stick to just cardio for the time being when I want to put on muscle, but you've gotta heal.

I don't really have any suggestions but I feel for you.Bean wrote: ↑7 years ago Does anyone know of some good shoulder warm-up exercises? I tried making myself a schedule of targeted areas for different days, like alternating between back/shoulders and chest/arms (and maybe do half a squat every second week for 'leg day') but I end up starting my workout and just doing everything. Once you get momentum going, it feels bad to have to stop on any given day.
I was having a bit of pain in one of my shoulders for while a couple weeks ago but it wasn't that bad so I ended up just powering through it and it went away. Can't say the same will work for you.
Re: ?
Yeah. There was no way I was going to risk it. I think it's a strain or sprain, whatever a shoulder gets. It's starting to feel a bit better, but there's zero chance of me doing a full workout for the time being. I'm only going to risk doing a light one with light weights and minimal reps for now. Hopefully this arm heals up in full soon. I was having a good year until that happened, and of course, it happened because of lifting something outside of a workout and not during one. I don't think BMW really cares that much about the copyright for the 1992 BMW 325i New Owner Audio Program and they just said that for liability reasons.

Anyone here use a DS4 controller with Steam? the D-Pas on my Logitech F310 broke, and I'm thinking of getting a DS4 to replace it (I don't like the XB1 controller layout)

i haven't used it since they made the DS4 work 'natively' but i've run it with inputmapper and it also worked fine for me. though the most recent version of inputmapper messed things up with my bluetooth. so blegh.

Popping in from the dead to say I approve of Demo on the flag of Sweden. While we see them as an ally I love to see their flag taken over by pixel art.
That is all. Carry on.
