Not much at all. I'm a dude with stick arms that uses 15-20 lb. weights for the most part. I mean, if you're going to try that heavier stuff, it's probably a matter of bending at the knees and breathing properly. Well, as long as you have the strength to do it anyway.

Yeah, I'm not really at the level to start lifting weights as a sport, but I've been working at my muscles for a while. I think that powerlifting would be fun once I'm ready, since I like the general concept. I'm also drawn more to strength and sheer bulk than 6 pack abs, generally speaking.

Took puppy to the vet for vaccines. Have to do it four times, and one more left.

First time, he pooped on the vet in fear.

Second time, he ran and hid under a chair when he saw the vet.

Third time, he was shaking on the ride to the vet.

Feel sorry for the dude, but at least it's just one more time next week.
