why the fuck is having wifi that doesn't give you internet access even an option?? why would you WANT that, ever??? there's zero point go having a wifi signal if it doesn't do its fuckin' job when you connect?? like, whenever I see "limited" it always means "hey, there's a wifi signal but for the moment it hates you and doesn't want to send/receive data"

pretty sure it would be a big battery drain to connect to literally every wi-fi router and test if the connection works properly beforehand
