Well it is a decent hack but sometime its just too repetitif there no level that actually pop in your face and your like oh yeah that level they all ressemble themselves and just monster along the way.

I just now watched raocow's birthday DLC video (I haven't kept up with any of those videos really) and I noticed that the lillith keychain he got looks to be from lootre art on etsy! Like a year ago I commissioned her to make me a couple full-sized Isaac statues which you can see here:

I hear that. I lost a few paychecks already from one visit to the doctor. Now I've got an issue popping up with what I believe is my thyroid that I'll probably have to get checked out soon. I hope this potential visit doesn't cost too much. The idea of working for two months and being in the hole would really bring about a new wave of depression for me after such a promising start to the year.
