Re: Twitter Thread
So, I went to bed at a decent time last night, woke up at 6:30 this morning ready to go back to school to start second semester. I get there, and no students were there. Turns out, we go back on Tuesday, NOT today. So in other words, I woke up early this morning for literally nothing.
I still have no clue why we go back on a Tuesday instead of a Monday. I'm sure I wasn't the only one to show up to school confused as well. But hey, at least I'm more prepared than most everyone! ;P

Huh.
I found 70 dollars in my pocket this morning.
I also had a dream about waking up this morning with 15 minutes to get ready for the day, then woke up with an hour.
Thankfully the 70 dollars was not a dream.

Re: Twitter Thread
I absolutely love both Trails in the Sky FC and SC. The writing and dialogues are great and believable (pretty unreal for a JRPG, I know), all the characters are super endearing even up to the random NPCs, there's tons of hidden quests and stuff to find, the music is great, etc. It IS however, very slow-paced, which is a plus for some people but a deal-breaker for others, so know what you're getting into. It's one of the comfiest JRPGs, and to enjoy it you have to really let it wash over you.Blivsey wrote:Jesuiscontent wrote:2kawai4meI got Trails in the Sky for Christmas, is the game good?
The combat is an easy-going SRPG with pretty fun materia-like customization that unlock global spells on top of every character's unique skills. Definitely not the game's strong point though, don't expect Fire Emblem or Yggdra Union level tactical challenge. Speaking of which, from how little I've played of Cold Steel so far it REALLY improves on this point.
If you've already bought it just give it a try and see if you like it. Personally I was hooked immediately and it has become my 2nd favorite RPG after

So if this story idea of mine ever gets off the ground and far enough to meet her, one of the characters in this story is literally named åß∂ƒ©˙∆˚¬.
This should be fun.

These questions supermarkets give you when making job applications are legitimately impossible. Like how am I actually supposed to know what to do in these situations if I've never worked at a supermarket before??

Re: Twitter Thread
Just think of the most logical thing and then do the complete opposite of that.
Source: I've worked at a super market.
Edit: Oh, and always assume every customer is an idiot and/or thief. (Not my views, just what my supervisors always told be between the lines.)

Re: Twitter Thread
Like I don't even understand why they ask you this bullshit at all, it's a supermarket, not a launch pad.
Re: Twitter Thread
SO I need to get to editing and I want to get to writing my creative project, but just being at school at all today dropped my mood to the negative nth degree and I'm not feelin' motivated.
