Although I'm no expert on LM, my idea posted above seems like a good principle to start off with?? Then everyone can work on their own levels and then do graphics stuff as the hack progresses...separately. So maybe start by agreeing on some general principles, assigning level numbers to people, assigning graphics/overworld to one designated person/team so that we don't get mixed results, etc...Maybe someone better with Lunar Magic could give some principles to start with...
