We have 48 completed levels and 2 unclaimed levels. I don't know how many levels we can have so I don't know exactly how many it brings us up to.

Hmm. Well, ASMT had 70-ish levels, everything included. Of course we can add five for the switch palaces + bowser castle, but it still seems few.

Going by the signups page, there are 97 level slots. 10 of those are talkhaus reserved and 2 are unclaimed, meaning we have 37 pending levels. 48 + 37 = 85 levels if everyone finishes, and that's not counting switch palaces and stuff.

Of course, it's wishful thinking to assume everyone will finish, but even if only half finish we'll end up with 67. If we do end up with too few levels, we can always just have another submission phase, where we impose limits on level difficulty/type to fit stuff into worlds that may be lacking in levels.

I think there are some levels in Clearing right now and I know even more in Development and looking good so far.
If you add the levels that come after this deadline, that's probably 70-ish.

BTW, I'm wondering about the sibling boss levels.
Will the sibling bosses be added to existing levels or will we make whole new levels for them?
I suppose just adding them to a level can work and we don't need (and shouldn't have) 8 castles for this, they can just be levels with fitting themes.

If the plan is to make new levels for them, does that mean the OW switches will be added directly to them as well? Because we currently have 10 "talkhaus" levels, if you take 1 for the bonus room, 1 for the Bowser's castle thing there are 8 left for the sibling boss levels.

There's an excess of castle levels already, so we'll probably add siblings to at least a few existing levels. Also Terry's boss (Super Vehicle 00C) is still using a placeholder graphic and absolutely should be replaced with a sibling, so really we only have 7 sibling bosses to worry about.

Also, many of the 10 talkhaus levels are spoken for:
-four are switch palaces
-two are bonuses (don't understand why there's two, maybe one will be removed?)
-one is yoshi's house
-one is a test level (guessing this will be replaced)
-two have no description

So that means only three or four talkhaus levels can be used for stuff, and one or two of those will end up becoming Bowser's castle.

(This is kinda turning into a discussion, if it continues then someone should make a new thread)

The test level is one of those things where it's always good to have more than necessary just incase.

You can only claim one level at a time so I'm only giving you one.

I gave you level 137; sublevels 9D, 9E, and A2; secondary exits AE, AF, and B1; and map16 tiles 0A00-0A0F. Plus the map16 tiles you requested.

Because that's how SMW works. If the levels are under 100 the bonus level is 0, if it's over 100 it goes to 100. I'm not sure how you guys are handling bonuses but yeah

Time is not a problem. Since they are finished levels but just not inserted, it will be very fast to do.
In fact I have "finished" Kristian's level already. But it was easy since this level have nothing custom (except custom sprites who are already in the baserom). I just copied all the levels into the new ones and added parrots coins and chest.
DMII's level will take a little longer because some map16 tiles were overwritten and I want to do some minor change in the level, but it's still going to be fast.

Oh and I forgot:
I need one custom music.

Okay, now that I'm actually finding fitting stuff for my level, I'd like to request music slots 68 and 70. Unless the tracks I want are already in the hack? I'm talking about :

-Life in the Mines from Donkey kong country
-Doll maker of Bucuresti from Perfect cherry blossom

They werent in the music list, but again some slots have their description missing so I'm not sure.

EDIT : I have the feeling that I can't insert any new music in the rom because there is already custom music inserted. Did I mess up or I just can't "test" the music?

You can insert new music.
You need to use Romi's Addmusic. The music in the AM folder becomes the LEVEL folder and the Addmusic list inside the AM folder is also used.

The music slots are yours.
