To be fair we have normal level slots from whom we haven't heard in a while.

I've looked through them, and the only guy we haven't heard from is capefeather, but his level is cleared. Most of the pending levels are in their final stages.

According to the wiki, I have little bits of unused space, sporadically placed everywhere.
So to make things easier on me, and more then likely the inserters..

Alright, I had an idea for a level for a while, so now that I'm done with my level I'd like to know if I can start another one? I know that all the Level slots are used, but could it just use Sublevels and be linked to a level whose creator doesn't mind and which has only one exit? Or maybe you feel that the project already has enough content?

I have a pretty good idea of what I want to do so I'm sure I could get it done in 2-3 weeks max (plus some time for the music). I wouldn't request resources until it was cleared.

You should check the sibling halls thread to see if your idea could work for a boss sublevel.
