Over the past few weeks, I played through the release candidate from start to finish three times. I tested it extensively on both Mesen and Snes9x v1.62.3, making sure all of the entrances/exits are working properly, and with Catnip as well. I'm happy to report that there are no major, game-breaking glitches. However, there are a bunch of miscellaneous issues I found that haven't been mentioned yet. I listed these issues below, ordered from what I judged to be highest priority to lowest priority. Bolded items with asterisks are those which I recommend should be fixed, with the others considered to be minor and/or polish.

• *The Palace Color is Yellow: You can arbitrary increase the exit count by beating this level multiple times.
• *SPECIAL: Despite the No-Catnip intro, you can bring in an outside Catnip if you exit the stage (the red microfiche rooms will need Catnip filters).
• *Idiom Factory II: Despite the No-Catnip intro, you can bring in an outside Catnip via the midpoint (and it will have a glitched tongue).
• *Love Frog Hangout Spot: You can bring in a key from the secret exit path to cheese the normal exit by key swimming.
• Locus of Control: You can cheese this stage by flying with Blue Catnip and using a cape, which prevents your jump-related inputs from getting eaten.
• The Purkinje Tree Ruins: You can teleport above the level near the entrance to the secret exit, allowing you to skip most of the normal exit if you run across the ceiling.
• Revenge of the Sushi: There's an unmarked hidden block in the secret exit path.
• Tap Dancing Lessons In The Workshop: If you press L+R to retry and then die, you will lose your stored overworld Catnip.
• An Infinite Dream/Who put Touhou in my hack??/A Shopping Mall Thing: Mounting the in-level Catnip will overwrite the overworld Catnip state (e.g., losing the in-level Catnip will cause you to lose your stored overworld Catnip).
• FIGHT THE RED SWITCH PALACE!: Dying with the in-level Catnip carries it over to the overworld.
• Rachel's Rebate Rotorcraft: You can't Start+Select out of the level.
• Demo's/Iris' eye colors and corresponding HUD colors flash after beating bosses and touching some of the goal orbs.

And also some credits-related things:

• *Add crm0622 as a tester.
• *Fix names for wiiqwertyuiop and Wyatt.
• The credits music doesn't loop, leaving silence at the end (but only noticeable if you pause frequently to let the song play out).
• Should probably explain that the credits can be paused by holding left on the D-pad, and fast-forwarded by holding right.

None of my recommended fixes should take very long to do, so with that said I think we can have the game ready for an official release within the next week.
