Because it's completely the opposite of what he does all game as he's taking orders or suggestions from everyone while always fighting, too.
Runner-ups include so many of the silly BW (bird) faces in Sonic Riders, Star Fox 64's seventh video which is Andross with a "What are you doing?" look, and AtS 751 which is raocow's current featured vid for Elise's blank stare warning us about what we're getting into with Sonic '06.
