Considering the way he talks to his son and how he's a hazard to those around him, yeah

It's funny, in later games (Or at least in Beautiful Katamari), the King of All Cosmos is still a jerk and will destroy you on the game over screen, but he's much more willing to praise you as well, such as whenever you set a new record, no matter how bad the new record is. In Katamari Damacy he's a jerk to you unless you meet the requirements for his most positive response.

Anyways, King of All Cosmos. I still love him, though. What a fun character.
