I draw, mostly in the compoter I am too lazy to draw, and I draw quickly, a normal image takes like 2 minutes, SAI is my tool, I animate sometimes, none [of the animations ]are finished

You're being too harsh on your own work, but either way you're trying to classify something in an objective way that is clearly subjective. What is "good" and who defines what is and isn't good? Why is it good for Fluffi-dono but not good for you? Also, why do you feel the need to correct Fluffi? Do you have some notion of 'good' that supersedes Fluffi's? Are you an expert on "good" ?

read the bolded words :) I wasn't being harsh on myself, I know it's pretty, I was saying that if I spent more time refining the animation it could have been better with the skill I have, but I don't have infinite time
