Finally broke down and admitted that since Majhost is basically dead and doesn't seem to be coming back, I should make an account on another image hosting site.

How did you meet?

Pounced.org. I saw her profile information there, then added her to my Skype contacts. Not much happened for a week or two, but she messaged me with concern when I updated my status saying that I had come home from the hospital (it took around a month to go through all the treatments for my appendicitis). Our relationship grew organically from there.

Do you know each other in real life?

We've voice and video chatted through Skype quite a bit; a lot more during our first year than our second. We live in different states and are both on the low end in terms of income, so once I finally paid off all my medical bills I started saving again. I plan on going to visit her in person in the autumn if possible (summer's no good for me to travel in because that's when the best hours area available at work and winter is just a terrible season all around).

I have mailed her boxes with candy, toys, and drawings in them. She has the physical copies of about 90% of the pictures I've posted in this thread, as well as no small number which aren't likely to see the web anytime soon if ever.
