Episode-wide:
- 3D Objects now change quality when the Visual Fidelity setting changes
- The Visual Fidelity setting now correctly applies on level start, rather than just when its value changes
- The pause menu height now adapts to the number of options displayed
HUB:
- Added judge letters for Tier X stages up to Tier 6
- Added a new stage in Tier X for dying in the main hub
- Reserve items that aren't powerups can no longer be used to cheese death puzzles
- Made the tier 6 death puzzle more consistent
- Improved Tier 7 tiling and NPC behaviour
- Fixed an issue where the powerup blocks in the library wouldn't work
