Mario 3 Picture Errors

Here are 16 photoshoped screenshots of Mario Bros. 3, (Super Mario All Stars actually : graphics <3); the idea is to find something wrong in that screenshot. The Stage is mentioned at the bottom left. I had done these loooong ago and can't seem to find all the answers myself lol... Some are easy, some are more difficult. If you find one, I'll edit my post and spoil tag the correct answer under the screenshot. There's more than 2 mistakes per screenshot.

- Mario and Luigi cannot possibly be on the same screen.
- The pipe does not belong there.
- Alien figure in the bottom card.

- It is impossible for a Mushroom to be there if Mario is in Racoon Form already.
- Mario cannot grab P-Switch, that's in Mario World ;]

- Bridges are misaligned.

- Third Card filled, impossible on the World Map.
- One Hammer brother is sleeping while the other isn't.

- Impossible to have a score of zero at this point in the game.
- There can only be 2 fireballs.

- There's no bridge even though the Forteress has been destroyed.

- Fancy P-Meter.
- Cannot lift that Frozen Coin.
- Brick cannot be missing on the left, among these bricks.

1.0) Castle says SOS in non-pixelated font

1.3) Luigi & Mario are both there, that pipe does not belong, Alien thing in the bottom cards

2.0) I can't remember the rules about the blue house, but It's wrong here. Also, the timer should say 000 instead of 300.

2.5) Impossible for the mushroom to be there. Also, the P-Switch doesn't belong(?)

3.0) Impossible for the Hammer Bro to be there. Also, bridges are misaligned

3.1) Squid trail too long..?

4.0) P meter shouldn't be activated. (though, Mario's position is possible if you use a cloud. Dunno if that was a "mistake" or something to trick people with)

4.3) Feather, and impossible sprite (Mario sliding turned sideways)

5.0) Bottom cards are filled. Also, One hammer bro is sleeping while the other isn't.

5.7) One too many fireballs?...One is definitely rotated in a way that is impossible on there though. Also the score is 0, which is impossible with 57 coins I believe.

6.0) Castle destroyed, but no bridge

6.10) Weird P Meter, Block can not be missing like that on the left side, guy can not lift frozen coin

7.0) Impossible N-card placement/red plant placement (?), The last digit of the score can not be a 2.

7.9) Impossible hammer rotation, messed up hole

8.0) Mario can't be pulled there, fire colors are inconsistent (?)

8.1) lol Kuribo's shoe, block is flipped on the left side

In 2-0, there is no possible route to the toad house in the upper right. Unless this is a quirk with the original game, it seems to be an error, albeit one intentionally added by the OP so that I or another keen-eyed fellow might find it and win fabulous prizes.

2) The answer is even there and you still got it wrong (edit: oh)
