Are vampires' fangs hollow?
Do they suck blood through their fangs? Or do their fangs just open a wound to drink from?

Trick question. They work like vampire bats, opening a wound then licking the blood out. BUT, like snakes, they have hollow tubes in their fangs to inject the vampire venom that will slowly transform the victim into a vampire too.
Or maybe they just replace their canine teeth with drinking straws?

i was always under the impression they merely made an incision wound with their teeth and then simply sucked with their mouths, i never even considered an alternative

The answer is obviously no. This is known fact told by the man himself.
How are you suppose to get your scrape on proper with hollow teeth? You CAN'T.
That's just science.
