This may seem like a strange pick, but... he just comes across to me as eternally optimistic, always looking for the good in things... even with the worst stages we've seen in raocow's many LPs, he tends to focus primarily on what he liked about them, rather than what he *didn't*, as, well, the majority of us do. He's also very involved in a lot of the various group projects, and in general just seems like a polite, with-it kind of guy.

Plus I love his stuffed tiger avatar.

They are one of the few people in general I respect. You can also have a nice talk with them about more serious topics (which I tend to not understand at all, but hey, I'm trying!) and the sarcastic comments during some Dramas (like Septy digging their own grave) really made my day.

Kinda REALLY difficult to choose just one here. There's Rena for obvious reason, Horikawa for all her work, Spitznagl for the Christmas thingamajig. And that's just three that immediately come to mind all whose different reasons aren't really comparable at all.
