I saw this on SMWC, and I'm a fan of how the Mode 7 flight level looks, even if it seems kinda disorienting to play. Best of luck for your project, not a kaizo person myself but it looks really fun. Will try to give it a shot once a demo is out, though I might take a few months to get it started (so many games I'm currently playing). The danmaku Fuzzy looks really fun to fight against too.
