Hi everyone~
Gosh I'm a little nervous to be doing one of these again!
But yeah, it's that time! One of the VGM guessing contests! Let's go over the rules for this installment!

SCORING

• You earn 2 points if you correctly identify the exact game a song comes from.
• You earn 1 point if you identify the series but not the specific game.
• You earn double points for a song if you're the only entrant to identify it.
• As you may be able to discern from the subtitle, the gimmick of this contest is forests. 15 of the following songs play in forest areas in their respective games. You get 1 bonus point for each of these you can correctly identify. (This bonus is not doubled if you're the only one to find it.)
• There is also 1 intruder that is not actually from a video game. Correctly identifying it is worth 5 points. (This is also not doubled if found by only one entrant.)

HINTS
You can PM me here or DM me on Discord to request hints. The rules for these tend to differ from contest to contest but I'm stealing the system from the last one a few months ago pretty directly.

• You get 3 free hints.
• Using a hint on a song after those first three will lock you out of the two-point reward for that track. You still get doubled points if you're the only person to identify it, but you'll only get a maximum of 1 point for identifying the game.
• After 7 hints, any additional hints requested will result in a -2 point penalty.
• Asking for multiple hints for the same song will make the clues progressively clearer, but each still counts as a separate hint.

DEADLINE
The deadline for this contest is Friday, July 18 at 10pm EDT. So, almost a month from the time I'm posting this. Feel free to change any of your guesses at any point prior to then!
