Villager (3): Just a plain old villager. Has no night actions; also known as "blue". Cop (1): Visits a person to investigate at night, in the morning they will find out whether that person is town-aligned or mafia-aligned. Town and Godfather are seen as innocent, while Mafia, Miller, and Survivor are seen as guilty. They are seen as a Cop to themselves.
Insane Cop (1): The same as Cop, but all his reports are backwards. Town and Godfather are seen as guilty, while Mafia, Miller, and Survivor are seen as innocent. *They are also seen as a regular Cop to themselves.*
Doctor (2): Chooses one person at night to protect from the Mafia, if the Mafia chooses that person, they are saved. Doctors can choose themselves if they want. If they choose a Mafia member, nothing happens.
Miller (1): Member of the town that does nothing, but upon being investigation by Cop they will appear guilty (or innocent with Insane Cop). They will not know they are the miller and be seen to themselves as a Villager. Also upon death will they appear to be a Villager.
Oracle (1): Chooses one person to visit each night. Once the Oracle dies, the person they last visited's role will be revealed.
Tracker (1): Chooses someone to follow each night. Will see/learn if they visit anyone that night and who they visited.
Bulletproof (1): Has the ability to survive one attack at night. Not immune from being lynched.
Drunk (1): Chooses one person at night and prevents them from doing their night action. With the exception of mafia killing someone. They cannot use this action Night 1.
Mafia (4)
Godfather (1): Participates in night meetings, and appears as innocent to Cop (guilty to insane cop).
Hooker (1): Participates in night meetings, and is similar to the drunk as they choose someone at night to prevent/distract them from doing their night actions. However, they cannot use this action Night 1 just like the Drunk.
Stalker (1): Participates in night meetings, and chooses someone at night to stalk. Has 50% chance of learning their role, or a 50% chance of learning if they visited anyone and who they visited that night.
Mafioso (1): Your standard henchmen and participates in night meetings. Once either the hooker or stalker dies, the Mafioso will assume their role (whomever dies first) and will no longer be a Mafioso who does nothing.
Neutral
Survivor (1): Chooses one person to hide behind each night. If the Mafia attack the Survivor, the person they are hiding behind gets killed. If the person they are hiding behind gets attacked, they both die. Seen as guilty to the Cop (and innocent to Insane Cop). They win if they can survive until the end of the game.
SOME ROLE NOTES
Any night action that chooses a person will be counted as a visit for both the tracker and stalker.
Whether or not the stalker will learn of the person's role or where they visited is a 50/50 chance all through luck.
If Mafioso dies, and then hooker dies, Mafioso does not come back from the dead and become the hooker. Once the Mafioso is dead, they're dead.
Townsfolk and Godfather are all seen as Innocent to the Cop.
Mafia, Miller, and Survivor are seen as Guilty to the Cop.
Millers do not know they're millers.
Insane cops think they're normal cops.
Make sure to review the rules if you haven't!!!
Please only allow Mafia discussion to be limited to this thread, and this thread only. The only exception is for mafia, who can discuss via PM during night-time.
Sending whispers or "telegrams" will be allowed this game. If you so wish to send another player a message or "telegram" during the game, PM me your "telegram" and the one it's addressed to, and it'll be sent right away. However, you are limited to three telegrams being sent secretly. After that, there is a 50% chance of it being leaked to other players, and a 25% chance of the sender and receiver being leaked. This is to help not break the game.
You may not post in the Mafia thread when it's night. The only exception is that all players are allowed to make one last post once they die. Sort of like a "last words" or "final statement" like thing, but you are not allowed to reveal any information from the game in these posts (e.g. Cops revealing their investigations).
Anything that the Host says concerning the game being hosted will be factual and can be trusted entirely. If you have a question or something to clear up about the game, feel free to contact me via PM. This includes complaints as well!
You MUST send your role actions (if any) at night, on time. If you do not send your actions within 24 hours, you will more than likely be killed by the host. If you know you will be absent during night-time, contact me and we'll figure something out.
Concerning the last rule, if you know you cannot participate in the game due to absence, DON'T SIGN UP!!! Try to be active in the game if you can, it's much more fun if everyone participates and posts.
During the day, once a majority has been voted on who to lynch, that person dies. Once everyone has voted but there is no majority, there'll be a countdown and the one with the most votes will be lynched at the end of it.
You may switch or take back your vote during the day as you wish, you may also vote "No Lynch", if you wish to not lynch anyone.
Under no circumstances should you quote a PM from the host, or forge one for that matter. If you want to claim that you received a report, provide no other evidence than your own credibility.
Days will last longer to accommodate for different time zones.
The game ends when all mafia are dead, or when the mafia outnumbers the town.
I find Willhart's response towards a deceased villager to be a bit suspicious. What does it really mean? Is Willhart secretly trying to gloat over a fallen enemy?
Could've been worse, they could have gone for the cop straight away

How can you tell Calamari was a miller?

I can't. What I'm saying is that he was either a blue or a miller, as miller shows up as blue when they die.
Oh, Ok
