Okay lets count with Aposke

Town:
3 villagers
+1 Granny
+1 Cop
+1 Watcher
+1 Doctor

7 Town

Now lets count the things that are not town (which is everything else)

1 Vanilla Mafia
1 Informant
1 Framer
1 Forger
1 Werewolf
1 Creepy Girl
1 Zombie

7 Non-Town

7:7 = 1:1

Anything that is non-town is usually against it, mostly cause it's either harder or downright impossible to joint with the town
I'm on Youtube andTwitter and Discord so say hi to me on there cause I don't really post here also I have sigs off so I can make my sig as ugly as I want and it won't bother me this is my sig btw

Yeah, the third party kinda pushed it over the edge into the realms of unfairness.
You can only really have a third party when you have enough people playing, and we barely had enough for a good two party game.
Just my opinion, but when the mafia can win by sitting there and watching, something's a bit unbalanced.

I disagree. 14 is plenty. It would probably work better with maybe two third party roles though.

EDIT: Would there be any interest in a possible closed-roles setup?

This was pretty fun even though the mafia won. I'll play again.

What is a closed-roles setup? Just speaking from experience, the more epicmafia gimmicks introduced to a game, the worse it usually goes. For an example see this round

Like the 12-person random games in Sandbox. Basically, I'd let everyone know possible roles, but nobody would know what the roles in the game actually were unless there was a tailor or something. I dunno, I don't think it's introducing more gimmicks that's the problem. It may help in a way as people tend to be more interested in the game if they're a decent role. People easily get bored if they're just blues.
