Seeing as luigiman09 said he doesn't want it anymore, I'll claim level 139 and sublevel 15B.

It's very nice to have all levels be filled!
As you could see the status bar which were designed by aterraformer, there's no bonus star counter. So I just made the bonus game disabled when I was coding for it. (and it's what you would intend, isn't it?)
Now we don't use a bonus level, and I think it's not harmful to use level 0 as a regular level, but with some limitations(message box). One thing that must be considered is that the name of level0 is also used by warps and pipes. Will there be any other technical issues? I don't know. If someone want to claim level 0, I'll investigate the disassembled code.

@worldpeace: I haven't decided if I want to remove the bonus game entirely. If we keep it, it must be changed. I do think we will have plenty of life up opportunities this it is not needed however and could be better utilized as an actual level.
