So, since every level I posted is now in the Episode 2 directory, if I wanted to update them, am I allowed to edit the Newly Submitted Levels table?

This was the level I made for CC10. It's fairly short and Christmas-themed. It's not to be submitted for A2XT.

I was able to resize the player sprite by offsetting the entire level just enough to correct the collisions. Lots of invisible blocks were used to make this happen.

So I made levels that were accepted with changes by the end of the first episode. I fixed the problems and updated the link so that my 2 levels might be in episode 2. What do I do now?

Assuming you don't want to make any more changes to it, wait until we open submissions for Episode 2, which should happen when I'm told a stable version of LunaDLL and related stuff is out.

I can't change my username but I go by Vali/Claire now (aka call me Vali or Claire at your leisure ^^).

I never update this currently playing section anymore, it's probably an RPG or something.

Enacted suggestions from Voltgloss's review of my level, The Ups and Downs of a Demo.

Then when testing it, I flailed about for half an hour because I'd completely forgotten how to do the puzzle in Section 5/12. Made me think Voltgloss's suggestions had broken my level somehow, when in reality, it was just me being dumb. :oops:

I tried opening the zip for review but it might be corrupted or something because I'm getting a bunch of errors popping up :c

You mean the zip file is giving you errors? That's odd. I've reuploaded it. It should be 3.63MB.

  • lunadll.lua was updated: triggers.lua was replaced with 'onEvent()' event since for LunaLUA 0.6

  • Fixed slope when gas pipe disappears
  • Fixed able to enter into blocked with green block door to prevent trap
  • Exit pipe now hidden before you will grab leek
  • Added warning to prevent wrong saving of file
  • Midpoint moved into fourth station
  • Spell/Grammar check of messages
  • Added donut blasters into the boss fight
  • Added protector to prevent walking on sky
  • Fixed volume of sounds
  • Total size was reduced with replacement of WAW with OGG sounds
  • Added music "Subway"
  • Added alternate night theme which enabling when leek is taken
  • Now this level can be used as two-way warp between world map points. First time level should be completed, In next time is available short way via gray pipe.

Welp, Time to be judged

This is only my second ever level made in SMBX, s it probably needs some tuning (i have no beta tester and I played it with a keyboard, so It probably needs a good ripping apart.)
I made this level to be some sort of early game level ( between World 1 and 3 )
Good lord I said some stupid stuff here when I was younger
Image Ver.2.1 now with a balanced fighting system, that lost of fun to play to be honest. You'll notice when playing that Demo has more HP and Strange, as where Iris has more PP and defense, she also grows just a bit faster, but her states grow slower. Also, furba sprites has been finished!

An update for Starlight Resort: Grand Reopening. Fixed a couple of minor NPC bugs and decorated the main areas of the level with background objects.

Sea Side Slumber

New to the Update:
-Changed the background a bit. Felt it was too dark and boring before. Not sure I like the star layout on the new one though.
-Added Furbas facing the other direction, so now they can sleep back to back.
-Small layout changes so it flows better / easier to speed run
-Made the POW block un-catchable
-Minor graphical changes

This is a fairly random boss.
Story for this boss could be something like "some evil person from the story tries to stop the player, by bringing back a monster". It took a long time for them to rebuild that thing from death bodies, so they will be kinda angry after you defeat it. Whole thing is attached to monster layer, so giving it some basic movement and making it to float down at the start should be fairly easy to make.

Is Episode 2 still accepting level submissions? The wiki says submissions aren't open, but if that's incorrect, I have a level I'd like to submit:
Madness Place
The theme is transitions to random locations, the main exit is a mason jar, the secret exit is a leek, there are no raocoins or restrictions, and the music is the generic music included in the A2XT game.
EDIT: I'll make a wiki page for the level if submissions are still open.
EDIT: I forgot to credit Koko's GFX pack for the graphics in area 4.

Episode 2 submissions haven't officially opened yet thanks to some base game changes and MaGLX2. We're technically still in the interim period between episodes.

Feel free to make levels though.; we're just not looking at levels and deciding which ones to use.

That's good to know.. i've had an idea for a level since I pretty much completed my MAGLX2 entry... Looks like I have a possible place to put it if I get around to making it!
