Episode 1 Discussion Thread

I think we should wait for the level order or something. Most people are probably tired or just out of ideas. There might be more activity right now though, when the LP is ending, so I'm not that sure either way. It'll be fun, if there is enough interest.

I wasn't around when the levels were decided for episode 1 - how is it agreed on?

There was an approval system. Selected people were allowed to vote levels in the game. Yes, no, or approved with changes. A level needed three approves to get in back then.

Ah, okay. I had spotted those on the wiki, but wasn't sure who was doing the approving.

I'm now super nervous about one of my levels, as I'm really not sure how it will be received...

It just occurred to me. Perhaps we could do the opposite of Episode 1? We have a overworld map hub world that leaves to ASMBXT: PttS style worlds.

The design of the Episode 1 overworld has been one the most universally praised parts of the game. Seems a shame to me to cast that aside.
