There's also the Gold Arrow minidungeon if anyone wants it.
if leet wants to do it i won't mind

i don't really have all that much free time considering school and what not

Nabe's To-Do List (March):
  • Storyboard the opening cutscene
  • Level 6 tileset sketches
  • Final boss brainstorm
  • Final boss sketches
  • Level 8 sideview sketches
  • Level 7 theme ideas
  • Overworld 1 sketches possibly
Since there's a large visual component to all of this, I'll probably be streaming AZCT stuff quite a bit this month. I'm streaming right now! Stream is over for today.

That reminds me, I should probably finish placing enemies in Promin Cliffs.

Don't we also need a new Level 2?

At this time, Leet and KobaBeach have taken responsibility for it.

Emphasis on Nabe's to-do list. Those are the things on my plate for the month, I'm just posting it to showcase that there's progress going on.
raekuul wrote:At this time, Leet and KobaBeach have taken responsibility for it.
This isn't strictly true; Koba said he doesn't have the time, and Leet said it's something she'd like to do down the road if it hasn't been done. If someone wants to take it on, I think the suggestion is that they're welcome to.

Taking a couple weeks this month to finish up old projects, back to this soon.

Here's where I'm at with Overworld 1 (WIP), let me know what you think.

That's Wizzrobe's House. The red tower is the boomerang minidungeon.

The first overworld is getting there: http://imgur.com/77UCE5W

Don't mind any of the wacky bits. This is just the overall shape using the default tiles, before I bring it into the main quest and add a few custom tiles and other polish.

There are three important things that aren't done:
  • The bomb dungeon
  • The final boss (mostly scripting here)
  • The final dungeon planning and individual floors
When those three big things get done, the game could technically be released. There are a handful of small things aside from those big things, but they're either spoken for by me, or won't take very long.

Those three things need to be spoken for or delegated to someone willing.

Overworld coming along: http://i.imgur.com/WFhTKWj.png There are still lots of mostly-empty screens if anyone wants to join in, and lots of polish to be added. (Hit me up in PMs or on Skype for details.) Otherwise I intend to have this done (including non-plot dialogue) by the end of the month. First playable will be on Dropbox by the end of the week.

Nimono is looking around on PureZC for someone to do the bomb dungeon. If anyone here is interested, feel free to speak up. If we don't find anyone, that'll be my project for July.

We need someone to do some Ghost.zh boss scripting. Level 3's boss needs a small amount of finetuning, Level 4 is sprited and needs very simple movement. Level 5 needs a two-phase boss in sideview. The final boss is, for now, open to free submission of phases, or anyone who wants to provide a more focused approach. If there are no takers, that'll all be my project in August. :D

Haven't spoken up before because I already HAVE a dungeon, but yeah if it needs doing.

If you want to do the bomb dungeon, by all means! Don't let the fact that you did another dungeon stop you- we need all the help we can get!

I've been really out of it due to reasons, but what is there that needs attention, besides the overworld and the bomb dungeon?

The final dungeon needs to be designed, and the final boss and some other bosses here and there need to be scripted. Pretty much it, I think. ...wait, what about the arrow minidungeon? Wasn't someone supposed to be working on that, though we haven't heard anything about it in a while?

Jay was doing it, Lejes took over and put together the framework in December, nothing since. Someone just needs to make a minigame out of it.

Considering Lejes could very well get back to it before everything else is ready, I wouldn't call it priority.

Thanks! Although, we don't use the tracking sheet anymore... We've moved to updating on dropbox. Maybe I should update that sheet again anyway.
