yeah it seams a bit weird to me that you say you don't like cheese, there's so many types of cheese out there.

Cheddar cheese cooked under the grill on toast is awesome, Cream cheese doesn't taste a thing like cheese and makes for an awesome cake, Mozzarella makes food stringy! nuf said bout Mozzarella, Parmesan dusted on top of Italian or Mexican food instantly makes it even more awesomer, A slice of Halloumi cheese is nice grilled or cooked on the barabeque, and it's sqeeky when you bite into it. I could go on and on...
