Metroid Fusion - 00: Prologue

More of a part 0. This video is everything from turning on the game up until I have control of Samus. Namely the opening cutscene.
Samus Aran encounters the life form now known as the parasite X while recovering wildlife from planet SR388 for B.S.L., Biologic Space Labs. Samus is nearly killed when her ship crashes into an asteroid field after losing consciousness thanks to X invading her nervous system.

The parasite linked into the organic components of her Power Suit, resulting in many pieces having to removed to slow the infection. This was not enough, and Samus was on death's door. Then a cure was created to combat the X parasite: an organic compound derived from the DNA of the last Metroid, the X parasite's only natural predator. The infected parts of her suit were sent off to B.S.L. for them to research, along with the wildlife recovered from SR388.

Samus, now fully recovered, is sent off to investigate B.S.L. after a mysterious explosion releases everything contained within the Quarantine Bay. She lands on the station, unable to imagine the horrors that would await.

Where did I disappear to? Who knows! The point is that I'm back! Let's play Metroid Fusion!
I will upload episodes daily starting some time in the next couple of days. So be on the lookout!

Metroid Fusion - 01: Missiles!

There we go. Part one! I'll be honest, not much happens in this episode. Especially since it ends right before the first boss. I went through everything Adam said really fast, because it's not that important. I can sum it up as "There's something bad here. You are screwed. Get missiles to be less screwed."
We land on the B.S.L. and go get some information.

And missiles. There are missiles in there, too. I believe this to be the start of a missile-based addiction.

You completely deleted your Castlevania stuff, huh? Well, that's okay. This looks more interesting since you're a bit more familiar with it. Let's see if you can get through this.

The Aria of Sorrow LP was quite frankly terrible. Zero 1 and Minish Cap died do to crazy corruption errors when I acknowledged that I didn't really like how either of them were going.

This time around, I'm handling the LP in a way that I like much better and is easier to manage. Of course I still have the charisma of a dying hagfish. I'll get better, though.
