And yes, you can slide-kill those Pokeys. I can only assume you accidentally pressed right just as you were about to hit it.

And I really like the in-game save point there along with double checkpoints. Why can't every level have that?

Go back in the door after you come out the auto-scrolling cave and swim all the way back. The auto-scroll will kick in again when you reach the first screen, but if you're swimming with the jumping-board (There was a trick to it after all!) you should be able to get it just in time. Now, what are you going to do with all those lives?

That's an awful lot of trouble just for that, honestly, haha

I'm trying to look though raocow's playlist for the other "Absurd Athletic" level. Anyone know which Vip, and which part it's in?

I looked through most/all of it and I couldn't find it. I found one called "A Very Rude Athletic" though.

The momentum of the platforms isn't that bad. And this isn't a "the spike room is the easiest" thing, either

I really do think that playing so many of these games made me hypersensitive to the slightest irregularity in controles. And, like, the effect gets amplified in my head, or something.

Main reason I find those platforms no trouble at all is because of playing Yoshi's Island a good number of times anyways. I have always enjoyed blasting off when the red platforms were moving straight up... talk about ridiculous jump heights...!

Tomorrow's video shall be interesting... Watching you take on an old nemesis... Will really help gauge your improvement over playing these games tool-less for so long, or at the very least, gauge your increased patience from playing really stupid ones like Hyper V. XD

But in all seriousness, if you DO manage to get to a point where you get angry and start savestating, please don't do it for the rest of the game (Which, from the looks of it, is only a few levels.). I'm sure you would have been fine doing the rest of the game savestateless in Vip4, because I've done it, Moltov's done it, and I'm sure you would have been able to do it too, so try to stay committed.

When the video didn't show up in my subscriptions I thought, "Oh dear, it was a thing." Then I realised YouTube bugged out and raocow actually uploaded a video.

Looks like it's still going to be a thing.
