I like how this game subverts the convention of hiding its seams and instead encourages you to explore backstage to see all the janky cut-off polygons and painted backdrops while falling through set pieces that don't have interactions programmed (not being sarcastic, it really fits the game's aesthetic style).

The big bee subplot was pretty intense. Chill fishin' bee just fishin' his best life, and then a pilot finds out "oh man, that big bee can fish", and dragged them off to fish for their superjet. The daring escape left big bee trying their best to fish in hiding, searching the toxic waste, forever daring to hope that with just one more cast, maybe, just maybe, they will find a purpose once again.

And that is why bees don't fish when you're watching.

anyway yeah this sure is more bird videogame, pretty good. i played it myself the day it came out but there've been a couple small updates since then, one of which adds something to the third level...? spoiler within: here's the uhh, itch page dev update.

(honestly might not be worth revisiting if you can't get the camera quick-turn to work though, imo)
