Hey there everybody,

This is Daeshta (or due to a typo when registering here, dashta)

I'm a novice LP'er type person, who does random games, though I have a certain fondness of the more simple stuff.

I would suggest staying away from earlier vids as there be dragons horrible video quality in those waters.

I can't promise you quality, or a good upload schedule, but I'll try to keep things interesting.

All right. First off, the video quality is just not up to par. What are you using to record this? ZSNES does have a built-in recorder, and I bring that up since you're playing regular old SMW here. I recommend watching this video to get an idea on how to do that properly. It's what helped me figure the emulator out before I started recording with it last year.

I was using camstudio to do this, I'm not sure if it was the program or my computer that ruined the quality, but I'll try this new thing, it looks easier to use anyway.
I have a backlog of videos with camstudio, so I'll be uploading those first, but then I'll definitely give this a shot.

Again, the quality is really bad and the desync is horrid. A lot of these videos were made before I found out about better recording software, so struggle through the early stuff, it'll get much better later

Should have a better update schedule, though there might be dry spots here and there.

What recorder do you use? It should have an option to record a region of the screen. You shouldn't record the Windows bar or the menus, etc. Good quality though, and your voice is awesome.

I was asking around and I managed to snag camtasia studio for free, so it’s pretty awesome.
Samorost 2 was basically a test to see what it could do quality wise; I was not really paying attention to the bars though in retrospect I could have fixed that in editing. Well anyways, now I know what I am doing with it, the rest of the stuff I am doing shouldn’t feature as many mistakes.
And again thanks, this is the first praise I have got so far, so its a boost to know that someone actually enjoys these things.
