Meh. I've showed enough of a propensity to get lucky on late-stage challenges (see: every boss not named Wendy) that I wouldn't mind.

But there's still the toughest challenges at the end in addition to these early ones. That sucks.

So I was looking through my video stats and I saw that apparently I got some views from SMWCentral.

So thanks to whoever linked to the video from there, assuming that it was from here, although I can't seem to find exactly where on the forums it is. This is likely because I've made one post ever there and have no idea where to look. Hooray!

Anyways, I think I'm feeling a bit better tonight. If I get any new footage, then I will upload my latest "triumph" in this level. If not, more Zelda.

Zelda today because I still haven't beaten the level. I've been very tired recently and have been falling asleep at around 9 only to wake up at 1 and ending up attempting the level before going back to sleep. Not exactly the most conducive system to winning.

Yeah playing half of one level out of a half-pit hack is totally the same as playing for hours every time you unlock a new level in this game.

I've played an hour plus every day for the past week trying to beat that thing. That's beside the point though. I was expressing sympathy, not trying to start a pissing match.

although if history serves as anything, I'm pretty good at pissing all over everything so watch out.

sometimes it helps to gauge your success rate on each obstacle, then multiply them all to estimate your chances. so for example 1/2 to the thirtieth power is...

...never mind.

Blame the Thwimps. I even could have just tanked the hit since I got there with a powerup, but my reflexes told me to turn around and try again, and I fell.

here's an idea: motivate yourself through necessity. Hire thugs to break into your house and attack you unless you can beat the level by the end of the week.

I did something slightly less violent.

I took a day off. Tomorrow maybe I'll be refreshed enough to actually do something.

Although maybe i should have spent some time playing Skyward Sword.... I'll need to do something for the second half because it's likely going to take even longer.

I used one rewind because of a stupid glitch, but never because of something that was my fault.

It'll take a few days though... I didn't talk during it (was expecting to talk to someone online, so that person was my time limit <_<), so I'll have to do some PCP to make up for it. Also it's two videos of about an hour each to sift through. Edit: make that an hour and a half because I apparently didn't hit the giant red square to stop recording. I mean I guess I could always just not render those frames, but that requires work and I'm super lazy! ^_^

You'll know when it's coming when Skyward Sword is next updated. hint: the day after that

So, because I'm lazy to a very high degree, I have barely started editing the first half finale at all, let alone putting in post-commentary. hooray!

However, I have recorded up to the boss in the second half. With tools. Basically what I did was show the level off so that you all won't be missing anything other than said boss when I just upload a run of the level til the end. That will, I suppose, lessen my insanity and dry mouth. <_<

Expect the boss to be uploaded in July.

I would, but I've spent all my video game time playing Hyper 6. I have one SS video left, which I'm saving for the day before I update to the midpoint (aka tomorrow). I can make 3 SS videos out of an hour, but that requires, you know, spending an hour playing SS when I could be finishing what I started earlier. <_<
