Well it is a decent hack but sometime its just too repetitif there no level that actually pop in your face and your like oh yeah that level they all ressemble themselves and just monster along the way.

i'm trying to find the posts where anyone anywhere said "kaizo is bad" and all i'm finding is stuff like "this doesn't look fun" which is a subjective opinion that speaks to the poster's personal tastes and what they have gleaned about the level through the lens of raocow y'all are allowed to have your kaizo but i'm still gonna say "man this sure looks like something i wouldn't want to play" lol

I was wondering what the intended solution for the part right after the midpoint was, because I definitely did not do things the intended way. I mentioned yesterday that I'm knowledgeable about some of SMW's more obscure mechanics, and I made good use of that knowledge here.

By getting two Yoshi eggs to hatch at around the same time you can get some kind of invisible Yoshi to appear; it doesn't really act like a Yoshi - if Mario mounts it it will just remain in place and Mario will continue running around like normal - but after mounting it if you press A Mario will 'dismount' it by warping to its vertical position (his horizontal position will remain unchanged). Also, by dismounting it while moving you can move it slightly in the direction you're moving.

I made use of this by spawning an invisible Yoshi and moving it to the right until it fell to the lower platform, allowing me to dismount it to warp under the block to the left. When I first realized you could get an invisible Yoshi I thought that it was necessary - after having to fly backwards in the previous level this didn't seem out of the question - but the fact that I didn't use any of the other things present in that area made it pretty obvious that that wasn't the intended solution. It still took me some time to figure out though, and I didn't want to spend more time figuring out the intended way when I still had the rest of the level to do, so I just kept doing it that way.

Solutions in raocow's video seemed identical to the ones in skye's video. I know in the 1st section I instead threw the red shell left towards the blue koopa, to make a 2nd koopa spawn. For the 2nd room, I flipped the shell near the 1-way blocks, and then put the shell inside my tongue, instead of flipping the shell in the area with the red koopa.
