After everything, I think yellow switch palace will be what sticks out in my mind the most from this game. Second to that would be teetotalertarianism. Drink responsibly!
Thank you for showing off the game! After zvip6 and now this, I believe you've experienced every emotion that can be experienced via mario romhacks within just a few months.

Re: YUMP2 - Marginal Consciousness
That was a rather neat level but there's no way in hell I'd ever consider playing it myself, lol. Even with savestates it looked like it'd be a huge pain but I can only imagine how awful your hands would feel after completing it.
Re: YUMP2 - Marginal Consciousness
pretty much sums up my thoughts. it’s an insanely cool final level was some crazy cape tech, but i don’t think i would have it in me to even remotely get through any of it.
great hack overall - definitely exceeded my expectations. vibe on, special world sausage friend.

Well, so one of the wildest rides in recent raocow history ends. An impressive display of creativity, but this went a little too kaizo towards the end.

Re: YUMP2 - Marginal Consciousness
This whole hack was pretty neat! There were so many different and unique gimmicks throughout and I was impressed with it all. The latter parts of the hack were not something I would ever play but it was still cool to see them in action and I'm sure were pretty awesome for people that like that sort of difficulty.
Re: YUMP2 - Marginal Consciousness
What a great trip that was, i admit i skipped some of the puzzle levels cause those are usually too repetitive to watch for my liking but overall an amazing hack.
Re: YUMP2 - Marginal Consciousness
I'm still wondering when the unused switch in room 3 yesterday should be used.

Re: YUMP2 - Marginal Consciousness
I beat 3 of the five sections without tools, except for savestates at the end of the rooms because I hate trying to fiddle with the room exits at the very end (Vertical pipes!). That's the extent of my cape kaizo skills

Your speech at the end about how much you've loved and still love this hack was heartwarming as all hell. This has been a great time.
Great job JUMP team, great show raocow.

Re: YUMP2 - Marginal Consciousness
Wow, raocow did this whole level in one video; I guess save states really make a difference. I played without savestates, and I think I took three or four days to beat this. (A quick aside: earlier I mentioned a certain level (the one where you can toggle the water state with L or R) being the first level I used a save state; that was a lie. That was actually the only level where I used a save state.)
Anyway, this level was really difficult - it really expects mastery over the flight controls - but I really enjoyed it. In fact, while playing this game I've come to learn that I think I just like kaizo in general. When I heard that this game goes up to kaizo difficulty in the end I was prepared to throw in the towel if I stopped having fun, but it turns out I actually enjoy the experience of gradually getting more and more consistent at getting past extremely difficult obstacles. (About that one level I used a save state on: that was the one level I didn't find myself gradually getting consistent at; each attempt it basically felt random how far I would get, which is the reason why I put down a save state once I got past the hardest part for the second time.)
Getting back to this level, I had a lot of fun learning to master the cape controls. I also enjoyed seeing how new things were introduced later on to shake things up, like the fire flowers, and the process of experimenting with each setup I came across to find a consistent way through it was another thing I enjoyed. Overall, I think this level was a great way to finish off a great game.

Re: YUMP2 - Marginal Consciousness
This must have been pretty grueling if raocow ended up forgetting the orange flippy blocks are solid unless Mario is flying by Area 3. The end of there I bet would would have been easier if you released Y in the box the pipe entrance is in...
