Honestly, the stylized image of this boss on his emblem looks way cooler than the actual man in person. I was expecting a mysterious lord of the void, but it was really just some grumpy old dude named Gramps with a glass nose and no lower body. My interpretation of the ending is that this was all a drug-induced trip. Wario sits on his carpet at home in front of a sack of potatoes, next to his bong, and rides out the trip.
