Man, I'm gonna love playing along to this. JUMP is my favorite SMW hack ever, and I've been hoping the sequel wouldn't be stuck in development hell forever. Currently playing along, in the middle of world 2.
Just 1 question: How many Morsel, Jolpe, and anonymousbl00dlust levels are gonna destroy me in this one? :D

After watching the first episode of this I thought this looked fun and decided to try it out for myself. Some highlights from my own playthrough of this include finishing the first castle with just 8 seconds left, collecting the goal sphere underneath the platform and falling to my death in Where No Man Lands, and getting lucky with the gambling and having the key go left every time (for a while I was wondering if it just always went left, but after revisiting I discovered that it actually can go right). As raocow has said, it's hard to stop playing this game, which is why I've taken his advice from the first episode and played ahead of him.

This video cites the "OST" as the source. The "OST" Of Wild Arms is a remix("Original" tracks) of part of the Soundtrack of Wild Arms.
If you want the track that is in the game look for "Complete Tracks".

Today levels were really fun to play and for me they were easier than second half of first world. I really liked last dragon coin in last level. Though I didn't understood what this SJ made from coins means and completely didn't notice the sign, I managed to do it on my first try. That was really clever.
Also I have a question. Does raocow use a special version of this hack? I mean normally Jump 1/2 has this asm that disable savestates and rewinds, but raocow is clearly using savestates in this video. Or is the asm doesn't work on some emulators?

Whaaaaat???? I have checked that and yes it works. OMG. The creators really tricked me with this message. Basically I started playing this rom knowing very well that I will not manage to beat it, because I'm really not that good player. And it was a sad feeling that I will be forced to stop playing it at some point. Now knowing that it was a joke (really mean joke, but still a joke) really changes a lot for me.

Destiny of Grassland is a nonsense title due the author not speaking English well. We were gonna change it, but Mandew had a laughing fit when he saw it and urged us to keep it. So there you go.

Chances are it's something that would only affect crap emulators. Savestating and rewind are not something the SNES actually supports so there's no way that ASM should be able to affect those functions of the emulator unless the emulator is doing something wrong.

I'm pretty sure if an SNES ROM could actually change the settings of your emulator, it would automatically signify a security flaw. That's enough to forsake an emulator to the eye of many communities.

Incidentally I've been playing this over the past few days and it's very good. And way more doable than JUMP was for me back then at least
It does feel like proper 'shop' levels are late to come in though; i'm in like world 5 and I've only encountered one, and no video huts at all
Well it is a decent hack but sometime its just too repetitif there no level that actually pop in your face and your like oh yeah that level they all ressemble themselves and just monster along the way.
