And so the first Guardian falls. A fairly basic boss track (and boss) in my opinion, but it does at least establish a leitmotif or two. The guitarist(?) starts having fun at 1:00.

Yeah. Phew, crisis averted. Though I wonder if rao's curiousity would have gotten the better of him if he went in 100% blind.

Re: La-Mulana - Cutthroats
i don't think it's unfortunate at all that you already knew about The Bad Tablet because it's kind of a dumb design decision to begin with!
in the vita version you can undo it by talking to someone but that is *not* in the steam version because they never backported the improvements the vita version made for some reason

So what happens if you read the Bad Tablet without the translation software on?
Also can you turn off software?

Kinda splitting hairs but buying it installs it. Afterwards you just choose which software to have running. The #/1000M is ram usage.

Re: La-Mulana - Cutthroats
Yeah I had a system for keeping track of notes in la-mulana 2 and it helped a lot and was super fun and satisfying to piece stuff together
i've honestly never played a video game in my life
Re: La-Mulana - Cutthroats
Since I was streaming it with friends, I had a system of index cards with goals for each stream based on what we had accomplished previously. As well as a few cards for larger, multi-area-spanning puzzles.
Figuring out a note-taking method is important, but more importantly it should be one that makes sense to you first and foremost.

A stately yet upbeat tune, fit for conducting some archaeology in earnest. Piecing together the history of the Giants is, indeed, a grand endeavor.

Re: Llama Llama - Ghost Town
Is the majority of the history in this game based on actual Mythos? That's super neat even if it's not!

Re: La-Mulana - Ghost Town
Entering a new area only to immediately turn around and leave is absolutely the quintessential La Mulana experience. I'm glad raocow was able to demonstrate it for us twice in this video.
